Grace Van Petten
Grace Van Petten hails from Glen Ellyn, Illinois, and is a recent graduate of Loras College, majoring in Social Work and Politics. She found her drive and passion for the pro-life movement through a transformation that took place in her first two years of college.
Grace was “pro-choice” before entering college and thought that abortion was a women’s rights issue. However, her new friends she met at Loras helped to shed light on the issue by educating her about the facts surrounding abortion during her early college experience. This led to a full shift in her viewpoint and a strong desire to get more involved in the pro-life movement. She now seeks to inform people of the truth about abortion and the fact that it is a matter of human rights. She is a former president of Duhawks for Life at Loras College.
