Dubuque County Right To Life, Inc. (DCRTL), is a nonprofit, non-sectarian, educational organization dedicated to preserving and fostering respect for human life from conception to natural death. We educate the public about the dangers of abortion, euthanasia, and infanticide.
We support a Life at Conception Act. We continue to work on efforts to recognize the personhood of all children, born and pre-born, as well as the aged and the handicapped. We work toward the total protection of every pre-born child, regardless of how the child was conceived, or whether he or she may have a disability.
We provide ongoing educational programs designed for school, community, and service groups. We bring nationally known pro-life speakers into our community and provide educational displays and materials at local events.
