Dubuque County Right to Life, Inc.

Dubuque County Right to Life is a non-profit, non-sectarian, educational organization dedicated to preserving and fostering a respect for human life from conception to natural death. We educate the public about the dangers of abortion, euthanasia, and infanticide.

We support a Human Life amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and educate on legislative efforts which recognize the personhood of all children, born and preborn, the aged, and the handicapped. We work toward the protection of every preborn baby, regardless of how the child was conceived or whether he or she may have a disability.

We have ongoing educational programs designed for the schools, community, and service groups. We bring nationally known pro-life speakers into our community, and provide educational displays and materials.

YOUNKERS COMMUNITY DAY EVENT
The event is November 15, 2008. We are participating and are in need of volunteers to help with ticket sales. Please call and let us know (563.556.5960) if you can help or if you just wish to get ticket/coupons. Remember, this fundraiser costs you nothing—in fact, you make money IF you use your coupon. That’s because when you buy a ticket book for $5 you get a coupon for $10 off merchandise at Younkers. It’s good for you and it’s good for us too!

Our cable access shows can be seen on cablevision Channel 16. Watch for our upcoming locally taped programs, scheduled for Mondays @ 10:00 A.M., Fridays @ 3:00 P.M. and Saturdays @ 1:00 P.M. We now are able to present other programs on Cable Channel 15. The scheduled times for LIFE TALK NEWS are: Mondays @ 9:00 P.M., Tuesdays & Wednesdays @ 3:30 P.M. and Thursdays @ 2:00 P.M. The scheduled times for Faces of Abortion are Tuesdays @ 8 P.M. & Wednesdays @ 1:00 P.M. Please keep watching to get updated on life issues and events. Mediacom now has 24 hour programming so our shows will also make random appearances during the night and on weekends—so watch for our shows at other times than those listed above.
