Is abortion legal up until the actual birth?

Yes.
The U.S. Supreme Court's Roe vs. Wade and Doe vs. Bolton decisions legalized abortion through all nine months of pregnancy. Late-term abortions are performed regularly in America.

Does the father of a pre-born baby have a legal right to stop an abortion?

No.
Although some states have attempted to give fathers some rights to protect their preborn children, the Supreme Court has continually rejected fathers' rights in the abortion decision. In 1992, the Court even ruled that notification of the father is unconstitutional.

Won't women die if abortion is outlawed?

Women die today from so-called "safe and legal" abortions. Many others are left with serious physical and emotional problems. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, 39 women died from legal abortions in 1972, the year before Roe vs. Wade. Although tragic, that number does not compare to the 1.5 million innocent babies that die each year in America's abortion mills.

What about abortions in the cases of rape or incest?

Abortion always brutally destroys a defenseless child. Once a woman has been raped, a second violent act cannot undo the first. Abortion is never a healing act. We must offer these women care and compassion - not further victimization at the hands of an abortionist. DCRTL supports the right to life of every unborn child, without exception.

How is euthanasia related to abortion?

Both euthanasia and abortion directly kill living human beings. All human life - from the moment of conception to natural death - is precious, and must be protected. Each human being has the right to live, regardless of their so-called "quality of life."
