We believe in maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, regardless of your age, sex, reason for contacting us, or the methods you use to contact us.
Many websites use files called "cookies" to retrieve information about the visitors to the site, and then later use this information to contact the person or send them information that the website designers feel is relevant or important to the visitor. DCRTL does not use cookies or any other means of secretly trying to obtain your identification or any other information. The only information we know about you is what you choose to tell us.
If you decide to send us an e-mail we will not attempt to contact you back unless you specifically request a response via e-mail or phone. If the e-mail account you are using is not private, you do not have to worry about any unsolicited e-mail later.
Any questions you pose to us anonymously will be answered on our FAQ page for everyone to see but with no information about the requestor. However, if you decide you want something answered personally, we can e-mail, call, or meet with you in person to discuss your concerns. You tell us what works best for you.
So feel free - and safe - to explore this site in its entirety. If you have questions beyond what's offered here - or if you just want to talk - you can feel secure knowing that any correspondence with us will be held in strictest confidence.
